Angela Attia has been practicing yoga for 18 years and teaching for 16. She is a certified Pilates instructor and has taught movement extensively in various forms. Angela is also a medical exercise specialist, whose clientele range from athletes to Parkinson’s patients. She received her BA from Stanford, but is a circus school dropout.

Personal / Public Classes

Angela teaches both open classes at yoga studios uptown and downtown as well as privately in people’s homes or at her loft. Either way, Angela pays special attention to each student she works with.
